Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Perinvo digital tools, templates, calculators, and online services purchased through our website. Please read it carefully before completing any payment.

1. Scope

Perinvo sells digital products and online tools (for example: calculators, dashboards, interactive modules, templates, and downloadable content). Because these are digital services, our refund rules are based on whether the product has been used/accessed.

2. 14-Day Refund & Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation and a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase only if the tool or digital product has not been used.

Important: Your right to cancel and receive a refund ends immediately once you use the tool (for example: start a session, unlock paid features, generate outputs, download content, export files, save history, or otherwise access the paid functionality).

3. What “Used” Means

A purchase is considered used if any paid access or paid functionality is activated or consumed. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • Logging in and opening the paid tool page/session after purchase.
  • Entering data and generating results, reports, certificates, or calculations.
  • Downloading files (PDF/Word/Excel) or exporting outputs.
  • Unlocking premium features, templates, or modules.
  • Saving, syncing, or storing usage history in your account or cloud storage.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be approved in the following cases:

  • The digital product/tool has been used (as defined above).
  • You change your mind after using the tool or consuming downloadable content.
  • Issues caused by unsupported devices/browsers, unstable internet, or user configuration settings.
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window.

5. Technical Issues & Support First

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us first. We will do our best to fix the problem or provide guidance to help you use the tool correctly. If the issue is verified as a platform-side problem and the tool cannot be accessed as intended, we may approve a refund on a case-by-case basis (even within the 14-day window), subject to verification.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation/refund, please email us with the following details:

  1. Your full name and the email used during checkout.
  2. Order number / payment reference (if available).
  3. Product/tool name.
  4. A brief reason for the request.

7. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider. In many cases, it may take 5–14 business days.
