What we collect
Account name, email and a hashed password; an optional WhatsApp number only if supplied; lesson progress, answers and scores, saved worksheets; private and group messages with user-uploaded learning files. Technical security logs include limited authentication attempt identifiers.
Why and who can access it
We use data to operate accounts, save studies, award and verify course-completion certificates and enable class communications. Other logged-in participants may see your display name and group messages; the WhatsApp number is shown only if you explicitly opt in. Private conversations and their attachments are accessible to conversation participants; administrators moderate the group chat only. Admins can see aggregated learning reports and account administration data.
Retention and choices
Content is retained until account deletion or an applicable administrative retention process. Non-owner accounts may request permanent account deletion using the My Progress page. Delete group messages individually or contact an administrator for assistance. Certificate verification reveals recipient name, exam model, score, issue date and code to anyone holding the certificate link.
Google Analytics 4
If the owner configures a GA4 Measurement ID, the site offers a choice to allow anonymous usage analytics. No tracking script is requested before acceptance. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, exam scores, answers or chat content to Google Analytics. You may clear browser site data to reset the preference. Google acts as a separate service provider under its policies.
Security and third parties
Passwords are hashed, sessions use cookies, file uploads are stored outside public download paths, and site operation requires HTTPS. No security guarantee is absolute. External links such as LinkedIn and the official case-study sources have their own privacy policies. Complete production contact details and legal compliance review before public launch.
