1. About Perinvo
These terms apply to services operated by Perinvo under the Perinvo brand, including the website, free tools, digital products, workshops, consulting, checkout, invoices and related administration.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you can enter a lawful agreement and that information you provide is accurate. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. Free tools and general information
Free tools and Insight content provide general information and practical assistance. Calculations and generated content should be reviewed for the relevant circumstances and do not replace legal, tax, financial, medical or regulated professional advice.
4. Products, workshops and consulting
The page, proposal, statement of work or order confirmation for a product, workshop or consulting engagement forms part of these terms. Where a signed agreement contains different terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
5. Orders and prices
Prices, currency, scope and availability are shown before checkout. You must provide a valid name, email and phone number. An order is not considered paid until Perinvo receives a verified server confirmation from Paymob. We may reject or cancel an order affected by obvious pricing error, fraud, duplicate payment, unavailable capacity or legal restrictions, with any confirmed amount handled under the Refund Policy.
6. Payments and invoices
Payments are processed securely by Paymob. Perinvo does not store full card details. After a verified payment, the customer receives access to a branded invoice or payment receipt showing the order reference, item, amount, status and configured business registration details. The invoice link should be kept private.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Eligibility, evidence, timelines and exclusions are explained in the Refund Policy. Requests must be submitted through the Refund Request form using the invoice reference and matching customer email. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Egyptian law are not limited by these terms.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
Perinvo names, logos, content, software, designs, workflows and documentation are protected. You may use purchased access for its stated purpose and authorized users. You may not resell, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse personal data or use the service unlawfully.
9. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful input data, authorized file uploads, protecting login details, reviewing outputs and maintaining suitable backups of information you need. Do not upload passwords, payment card data or confidential employee data unless a specific secure feature asks for it.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep services available but may perform maintenance, fix security issues, update features or suspend misuse. Material changes affecting a paid active service will be handled reasonably in line with the applicable order or agreement.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Perinvo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer inputs, third party services outside our control or reliance on general information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern promptly. This does not prevent either party from using rights or authorities available under applicable law.
